Repeat after me: Everything. Bagel. Beer. Bread. I think I’ve made several thousand of these over the course of my career and for good reason. It is cakey and savory and toasty and yeasty and most importantly it is a one-bowl-mix-and-dump situation that cannot miss. It goes great with everything, and tastes even better toasted up the next day in some olive oil. It’s so easy your kid can make it - and honestly as long as they are old enough to not lick the batter, they should make this with you! It involves three of Loosha’s favorite past times in the kitchen: mixing, sprinkling, and drizzling.
